Artfest at the Distillery + new work(part 1)!

This coming long weekend I will be at Artfest in the Distillery (in Toronto)!  I can’t wait, the show organizer, Lory McDonald and her team put on a good show.  You should come down!

I’ve also will be bringing some new work, made especially for this show!  Here are some examples of new pearl necklaces (I’ve included the prices in case you’d like to get a jump on the show crowd.  Send me an email valerie@firepanjewellery.com):

This necklace makes me ridiculously happy! So much so, I had to make one for myself. Maroon (marsala) pearls on 14K rose gold filled wire + chain. Dainty and fresh!

It was time to stop hoarding the chocolate pearls. Paired here with gold/tan seed pearls - delicious! (More chocolate pearls below).

Another case of hoarding - I've had this fun Nadia Tasci "flamenco" bead for some time. it was finally time to pair with with complementary colored freshwater pearls - dark green and lemon yellow. Fun, dainty and unique. ($88)

I can't tell you how happy I am with this design. I love pearls and silver and this long necklace is a real winner. It's total length (end to end is ~32 inches). ($137)

The showstopper! This necklace has it all - chocolate pearls and an amazing (in looks and technical challenge) bead by Muriel Duval. The pearls are hand knotted on silk. ($250)
