Going to Spring…

We were in Victoria last week, visiting spring.  As the saying goes, if spring doesn’t come to you – you go to it!  Here is a little photo trip for you, in case you haven’t seen any or much of spring yet.  Lots of towns like to claim they are the flower city, but Victoria is the (effortlessly) real deal.

First, some cultivated spring:

A baby Banana slug!  If you look closely you can see it is eating the leaf!  I know slugs may not be everyone's "thing" but I find them fascinating.

    I just cannot wait to see all of these crop up here. I have had more than my fill of this Winter. The Old Man has definitely overstayed his welcome 😉
